Can I order my tumbler through you?

We are not set up to take orders directly from individual customers but you can order through any of our authorized dealers: www.StainlessTumblingMedia.com

Do you manufacture vibratory tumblers?

Our specialty is professional rotary tumblers that are designed for heavy-duty tumbling. Many of our customers use the tumblers for cleaning brass and large quantities of jewelry and rocks.

Do you have a dealership program?

You may inquire about achieving dealership authorization through dealers@extremetumblers.com.

Can I order spare parts for my Extreme Tumbler?

You may inquire about additional or replacement parts at: service@extremetumblers.com.

Is my tumbler under warranty?

All of our tumblers have a 3 year warranty on the base and drums. There is a limited 1 year warranty on the motors and belts.

I lost my instruction booklet. Can I get a new one?
